Your working day will include tasks such as:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 & Power Platform solutions.
- Conduct analysis, design, and implementation of customizations, configurations, and integrations within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to utilize the implemented solutions effectively.
- Assist in the development of project plans, documentation, and training materials to ensure successful deployment and user adoption.
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Dynamics 365 & Power Platform technologies and share knowledge within the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, including developers, architects, and project managers.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement & Power Platform.
- Strong expertise in configuring, customizing, and extending Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications.
- Proven experience in implementing complex business processes and workflows.
- Proficiency in designing and developing Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), and Power BI solutions (desired, not essential).
- Solid understanding of data modeling, data integration, and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform (e.g., MB-200, MB-400, PL-900) would be a plus.
- English language proficiency.
