We are seeking an individual with a passion for CRM solutions, coupled with the enthusiasm to embrace new technologies, particularly HubSpot. If you have experience with any of the CRMs (MS Dynamics, HubSpot, Salesforce, SAP C4C… or similar enterprise solution), you're ready to dive into the world of Customer Relationship Management tools and share your expertise, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities: 
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to grasp their business requirements and transform them into effective CRM solutions.

  • Customization and Integration: Conduct analysis, design, and implementation of customizations, configurations, and integrations within the HubSpot platform.

  • Documentation: Prepare technical specifications, blueprints, and other essential technical documents to guide the implementation process.

  • Technical Guidance: Provide expertise and guidance to clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Training and Support: Build strong client relationships, conduct training sessions, and offer ongoing support as a recognized expert in the field.

  • Project Development: Assist in developing project plans, documentation, and training materials to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to guarantee seamless deployment and user adoption.

  • Knowledge Sharing: Stay abreast of the latest CRM technologies, especially HubSpot, and actively share knowledge within the team.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and project managers, to ensure project success.

We are looking for someone just like you who:

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years working with CRM technologies, demonstrating a track record of implementing complex business processes and workflows.

  • Technical Skills: Solid understanding of data modeling, data integration, and reporting. Experience in writing user stories to capture software requirements.

  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address and solve complex challenges effectively and proactively. 

  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
