Responsibilities:
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to grasp their business requirements and transform them into effective CRM solutions.
- Customization and Integration: Conduct analysis, design, and implementation of customizations, configurations, and integrations within the HubSpot platform.
- Documentation: Prepare technical specifications, blueprints, and other essential technical documents to guide the implementation process.
- Technical Guidance: Provide expertise and guidance to clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Training and Support: Build strong client relationships, conduct training sessions, and offer ongoing support as a recognized expert in the field.
- Project Development: Assist in developing project plans, documentation, and training materials to ensure successful project delivery.
- Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to guarantee seamless deployment and user adoption.
- Knowledge Sharing: Stay abreast of the latest CRM technologies, especially HubSpot, and actively share knowledge within the team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and project managers, to ensure project success.

Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years working with CRM technologies, demonstrating a track record of implementing complex business processes and workflows.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of data modeling, data integration, and reporting. Experience in writing user stories to capture software requirements.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address and solve complex challenges effectively and proactively.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
